How far is it from central Da Lat?
About 25km, a 30–45 minute drive via Prenn Pass and Cau Dat. The trade-off is quiet, and clouds right outside your window.
Is the road difficult?
The last stretch is steep and narrow — drive slowly and a car makes it fine. Ride-hailing drivers often stop at the bottom of the slope, so message us your arrival time and we will come out and hold a parking spot.
Is there car parking?
Yes, on site. If you are arriving in several cars, let us know in advance so we can arrange space.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on whether the room is free that day — your booking page shows a button whenever it is possible.
When can I see the clouds, and is it guaranteed?
Clouds are usually best between 5:30 and 7:00, seen right from your room. But not every morning has them — on rainy or windy days the sky is just grey. Two nights improve your odds a lot.
Are there places to eat nearby?
There are few eateries here and most close around 8 PM. We serve BBQ, hotpot and breakfast — order ahead on the Services page. If you arrive late, bring something with you.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, free of charge. We only ask that you keep things clean.
Can I smoke?
Yes, anywhere outdoors — balcony, rooftop, yard. Not inside the rooms.
Is it cold?
Nights and early mornings are noticeably colder than in town — bring a warm layer. Rooms have thick blankets.
What is there to do at the house?
Rooftop lounge, BBQ area, billiards, darts, archery, board games, karaoke, a projector. We have cats.
How is the soundproofing?
Honestly: the rooms are close together and you can hear your neighbours. Groups are better off booking adjacent rooms, and we ask everyone to keep it quiet after 10 PM.
How much is an extra bed?
100,000 VND per person per night.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 20% deposit holds the room and is deducted from your total. After booking we send a transfer QR — just scan it.
